The pace of change in our world is accelerating exponentially, and as individuals, we frequently find it challenging to adapt and cope with the various obstacles that life presents. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I approach care holistically. I concentrate on aiding individuals in their journey to recovery by emphasizing patient centered objectives, relying on evidence-based techniques, managing medications, and employing therapeutic modalities. By employing strategies to alleviate stress and modify thought patterns, we can strive for a life that is not only manageable but also deeply satisfying.
We all encouter difficulties in our relationships and in finding purpose in this world, and it's essential to remember that you're not alone in these struggles. Together, we can navigate this journey, acquire knowledge, and evolve as we seek to find a place of peace.

I beleive our society and technology are evolving faster than we are as humans. We are attempting to adapt to these demands and changes, but unequippped with the guidance and tools necessary to adjust which causes anxiety and stress. The growing crisis in mental health is directly linked to maladaptive behavior and negative thought patterns as we try to adapt to an ever changing world. Changing our thoughts, changes our actions, and the results of our lives. We can live meaningfully when our values align with our thoughts and actions. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained to treat mental illness through medication and therapeutic modalities across the lifespan. My practice focuses on primarily on holistic, evidence based approaches to mental illness. I offer medication management to stabilize distress while we work on root causes of the stress.
We all struggle with relationships and finding meaningin the world. You are not alone. We can navigate this journey and learn and grow together.
